These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and slotpj ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at slotpj.net and its associated subdomains.

By registering an account on slotpj, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any gaming or betting service provided by slotpj, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Odds are confirmed at the time your bet is accepted. For pre-match bets, the odds displayed at the time of placement are the odds at which your bet is settled, unless an obvious technical error in odds pricing has occurred, in which case slotpj reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotpj's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the value of funds held in the player's slotpj account at the time the claim arises.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from gaming activity;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits slotpj's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your slotpj account at any time by contacting slotpj support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

slotpj reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Provision of false information during registration or verification;

• At slotpj's reasonable discretion, where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, slotpj reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent platform notice at least 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect, unless an urgent amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the slotpj platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slotpj holds its international gaming licence.
